These Terms govern your use of Good X Night. By entering the site, creating an account or publishing an ad you agree to them. If you do not agree, leave the website.

1. The service

Good X Night provides hosting and display of user-submitted adult classified listings. We are not a party to any meeting, payment or arrangement between a visitor and an advertiser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have the legal right to view adult material in your location.
Advertisers must have consent from every adult shown or described in an ad.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your login. We may refuse, suspend or delete an account that is used for abuse, fraud, underage content, spam or illegal activity.

4. Ads and conduct

You agree not to post:

Any content involving a minor, or content that sexualises a minor.
Non-consensual imagery, hidden-camera material or revenge content.
Stolen photos, trademark abuse, or another person’s identity.
Scam offers, malware links, or requests for advance fees that impersonate Good X Night.
Hate speech, threats, doxxing or blackmail.

5. Payments between users

Any money exchanged for a meeting is strictly between those adults. Good X Night does not process those payments and does not refund them.

6. No professional advice

Listings are opinions and advertisements written by users. They are not recommendations by Good X Night.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Good X Night is not liable for off-platform meetings, inaccurate ads, device damage, or lost profits arising from use of the directory.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The date in the site footer shows the current year of publication.
